USC / Universal Studios Motion Picture Producing & Directing - Summer 2018

This summer, I continued to refine my voice and storytelling skills as a director, while also beginning to explore the role of producer. I studied at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, and I also produced and directed several short films on the Universal Studios backlot. Check back in the fall to view the finished films

Northwestern University: Cherubs, Film & Video Division, National High School Institute - Summer 2016

Within the Cherubs Video program, I focused primarily on screenwriting. Over the course of five weeks, I wrote six short films, and directed two others. I gained a new appreciation for the script as the foundation for powerful cinema. I also experimented a great deal with long-takes, ultimately producing and directing a film composed of one uncut 12-minute shot.
